Fee Schedule

Above you will find registration documents for registering new student. Please print all of the above documents and bring them to the main office. In addition to the registration documents, please provide the following:

• Original Birth Certificate (we will make a copy; you will keep the original)

• Official Immunization Record with all required shots are completed

• Valid picture ID to verify guardianship*

• Proof of Residency - 2 items - click on link for acceptable forms of documentation. Please note that documentation must show your name, address and a date within the last 60 days.

Kindergarten Registration Forms

Above you will find registration documents for registering new kindergarten students. Please print all of the above documents and bring them to the main office. In addition to the registration documents, please provide the following:
